Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026

Auto Post Internal ("the tool") is a private tool used by a single operator to publish the operator's own videos to the operator's own YouTube channels. This policy explains what data the tool accesses and how it is handled.

YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Data the tool accesses

The tool does not access other users' accounts, private messages, subscriber lists, payment information, or any personal data of viewers.

How the data is used

The data is used only for these purposes. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train any AI or machine-learning model.

Storage and security

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while the YouTube account stays connected. You can revoke the tool's access at any time from Google Account › Security › Third-party access (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). After access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted from the server; stored statistics are deleted within 30 days on request.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Questions and deletion requests

Questions about this policy or requests to delete stored data can be sent through the contact options on the operator's YouTube channels. Access can also be removed at any time without contacting the operator, from Google Account › Third-party access.
